This ethical channel is presented as part of AC Capitales SAFI’s best corporate practices as an official and confidential channel where our employees or other stakeholders can anonymously report questionable conduct, non-compliance with internal policies or regulations.

The information reported through the ethical channel will be received and dealt by the Prevention Officer, who has internal procedures that guarantee the absolute discretion and confidentiality of communications, as well as that under no circumstances reprisals will be taken against people who collaborate in good faith with their reports.

It is essential to consider at least the following information:

• Name(s) of the reported party(ies).
• Description of the characteristics of the relationship
• Description of the questionable facts

• Corruption 
• Conflict of interest 
• Misappropriation or misuse of AC Capitales SAFI’s resources
• Inappropriate use of confidential information
• Non-compliance with laws, policies or procedures
• Other unethical conduct.
